Refund policy

  • We have a 30-day return policy for the Revive Wand and a 60-day return policy for our CORE Red Light Therapy Panels.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and it's required that returns are sent back in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  • If exchanging a product, REDIATE will pay for the new product to be shipped to you. 
  • You must keep the tracking information as evidence of delivery to REDIATE. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments and may charge for damages caused to the device.
  • Refunds issued for devices returned within the trial period will cover 100% of the device's cost, excluding any elective expedited shipping costs which are non-refundable.
  • Please include your full name and order number with returns, which must be postmarked before the trial period expires.
  • Returns postmarked after the policy period will not be accepted.
  • If a returned product is damaged or in an unsellable condition, the shipment will be refused and sent back to the customer.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If customers receive a damaged device, they must report it within ten (10) days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
  • We may request photos or videos as proof of the defect. A suitable solution will be determined based on the issue at hand.


Warranty Policy

  • This warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser who bought the device directly from REDIATE's official website (www.rediateredlight.com).
  • The warranty period commences from the delivery date of the original purchased unit.
  • REDIATE's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage during the warranty period.
  • Should the device prove defective due to improper materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, REDIATE commits to replacing the device at no charge.
  • It is advised to keep the tracking information as proof of delivery to us.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Exclusions to the warranty include damages from negligence, misuse, lack of proper maintenance, experimental alterations, or modifications to the device. It does not cover theft or loss.
